The selection trials for School Boys 11 and 12 years for the Sunshine Coast Region was held at Redcliffe Dolphin Stadium April 28 and 29 2010.

Stanley Rivers Junior Rugby League Club had four boys go, Ty Coutts, Brenden Davis, Caleb Petfield and Connor Jackson.

Ty and Brenden played with the Glasshouse Mountains Rep side for 11′s, Caleb Petfield played with the Glasshouse Mountains rep side for 12′s and Connor Jackson played with Caboolture Rep side for 11′s.

All played really well, playing 2 games on the 28th and one game on the 29th.
Connor Jackson made it to the possibles/probables, then played another game with possibles vs probables.  Well done Connor Jackson who made it to the Sunshine Coast Representative Team for 11 year olds.

The boys enjoyed their day off school and put their full effort in.  Full effort  to the three boys its great practice and experience for next year.

On Saturday at Stanley Rivers Rugby League Club most of the games were played at home.  Stanley Rivers boy was taken to hospital in ambulance with a suspected broken collar bone.  Other wise incident free.  Under 11 boys defeated Caloundra Black 16-6 great job boys.  The under 9′s also defeated Caloundra Black with Joe Schofield doing a superb try running it from Caloundra Black try lines right to Stanely Rivers try lines scoring, he kept well ahead of all the boys including his own team.  True Champion.

Keep up the hard work boys its all paying off.
